What we collect

Enquiry and application data you submit: names, contact details, grade, interests and what you choose to tell us.

With your consent only: anonymous usage analytics — pages viewed, time on page, language switches and button clicks — tied to a random per-tab identifier. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not store your IP address.

A language preference cookie (mci_locale) that remembers your chosen language. It is strictly necessary for the service you request.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, assess applications and deliver services you request; to improve our websites (analytics, only with consent).

We never sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Your choices and rights

Analytics stay off until you allow them, and you can change your choice anytime via “Privacy settings” in the footer. We honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, China’s PIPL and California’s CCPA/CPRA) you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@mci.ceo.

Storage, security and retention

Data is processed on Cloudflare’s global network. Admin access is protected by Cloudflare Zero Trust and limited to named staff.

Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years after our last contact; analytics events are deleted after 13 months.

Children

Students under 14 (or the age of digital consent where they live) should submit forms with a parent or guardian.
